| 所需维保设备名称 规格型号 生产厂家 相干激光器 Astrella HE-Tunable-UPS-1K Coherent Inc 设备维保内容、技术要求和维保周期详细要求如下： 输出能量 ＞9mJ 功率稳定性 ＜0.5%RMS 脉冲宽度 ＜35fs 维保周期 2年 延保服务内容： Scope of the Service: a. 延保服务期限（“服务期限”）：2025-4-18至2027-4-17。 Term of the Service (“Service Term”): From 2025-4-18 to 2027-4-17。. b. 延保服务涵盖本协议第1款的激光系统的全部子系统及连接件等。 The Service covers all subsystems of the laser system in Clause 1 above, including the connecting parts. c. 日常维护：Astrella激光器属于免维护产品，买方注意使用事项，做简单的维护就可以（例如换水，防腐剂，清洗水冷滤网， 注意实验室环境），卖方可根据买方的需要做电话和邮件支持，也可做远程****实验室有互联网）。在服务期 限结束前3个月内卖方会做一次现场检查，并根据检查结果自行决定是否需要现场进行维护。 Daily maintenance: Since the Astrella laser is of maintenance-free product, Buyer only needs to pay attention to operation and make simple maintenance (like change of water, preservative, cleaning the water-cooled filter screen, paying attention to the laboratory environment), and Seller may provide telephone and email support or remote optimization (provided that the laboratory of Buyer has Internet access) as required by Buyer. Within 3 months before the expiry of the Service Term, Seller will conduct one on-site inspection, and will decide on whether on-site maintenance is needed subject to the inspection results at the sole discretion of Buyer. d. 服务期限内如出现产品质量问题或故障，卖方24小时电话或邮件响应。卖方有权根据产品状况自行决定提供远程诊断服务， 或在必要时派工程师到买方现场进行延保服务或将****维修中心进行延保服务。如产品返到卖方指定维修中 心，等待及维修时间为2个月。 In case of any Product quality problem or breakdown during the Service Term, Seller shall respond within 24 hours via telephone or email. Seller may, at its sole discretion pursuant to the conditions of the Product, perform remote diagnostics, or if necessary, send its technician(s) to Buyer’s site to conduct onsite Service or ship the Product to Seller’s designated depot repair center for the Service. If the Product is shipped to Seller’s designated depot repair center, the waiting and maintenance period will be 2 months. |
