项目概况及招标范围：

1.招标项目建设地点： Qatar Ras Abu Fontas 500MW Peaking Unit 2.招标项目建设规模：The construction scale of the bidding project: The project unit is configured as a single cycle unit of two gas turbines, including two gas turbines, generators, related ancillary equipment and peripheral equipment, with a net output of about 500MW. 220kV/500kV substations are arranged in the booster station area.

投标人资格要求：

(1) The bidder shall have the same or similar type of power station project scaffolding construction performance; (2) If the bidder wins the bid, both parties shall sign the contract with a company registered in Qatar. The bid currency shall be Qatari Rial , and the contract shall be signed and paid in Qatari Rial.
