具体技术要求 | 说明:根据教学科研需求,在上述市场调研和用户调研基础上,给出合理的招标技术参数,既保证招标过程中有一定的竞争,避免因垄断导致价格虚高,又能区别出(略),以便我校以合理的价格购买到优质产品。参数指标要求一般应设定为范围值,不可设定为精确值。参数前标 * 、 ▲ 和不做标记(略): 标 * 参数是关键性技术参数,是设备使用的必需指标,代表设备档次,投标设备的技术参数如果偏离会导致废标,所以要慎重。某产品独有的技术参数不能标注 *,否则会被认为具有倾向性。价格昂贵的软(略)(包括选购件)可以标注 * 。标 ▲ 参数是重要条款,是优越技术指标,分值高于一般指标,不是废标条款,但是对产品优劣有较好的区分度。不做任何标记的参数是普通指标。 注意:标 * 、 ▲ 的技术参数(略)。 1) 磁体的轴线是垂直的。CFM的内径尺寸是60mm。磁铁的(略),投标书上必须给出这些尺寸。如图Coil_setup文件第5页的图所示,由特氟隆材料制成的两根10mm厚的同轴管,一个从左至右,另一个从右至左分别插入孔内。(The axis of the ma(略)are ve(略).
