Name of bidding project: Tongwei Electronics (Vietnam) industrial plant project 三、 招标工程项目地点： ****工业园CN12-C-04,CN12-C-05部分地块 3.Bidding project location: some plots of cn12-c-04, cn12-c-05, Anyang Industrial Park, Haiphong, Vietnam 四、 招标工程范围： 包括本项目 二标段门窗供应及安装工程等 。 4 . Bidding project scope: Including the supply and installation of doors and windows in the second bid section of this project. 5. 招标工程内容： 包括本项目 二标段门窗供应及安装工程等 。 投标报价须考虑疫情带来的影响，因疫情提出的索赔不予认可 。 五、 工期要求： 本工程从开始工作至工作结束，合同工期总日历天数为 32 天。 开工日期： 202 2 年 01 月 04 日 （以甲方批准的开工日期为准）； 竣工日期： 20 2 2 年 02 月 04 日 （以甲方批准的 竣工 日期为准） ； 工期总日历天数与开竣工日期计算的工期天数不一致的，以工期总日历天数为准；本合同工期如有调整，以甲方代表书面通知为准。 6 . Construction period requirements: From the beginning to the end of the project, the total calendar days of the contract period is 32 days.Commencement date: Jan 4 , 2021 (subject to the commencement date approved by Party A);Completion date: Feb 4 , 2022 (subject to the completion date approved by Party A); If the total calendar days of the construction period are inconsistent with the construction period days calculated from the commencement and completion date, the total calendar days of the construction period shall prevail; In case of any adjustment to the construction period of this contract, the written notice of Party A‘s representative shall prevail. 六、 工程质量要求： 以越南国家、行业及工程所在地标准、规范为准，未有明确标准和规范的，参照中国国家、行业及工程所在地标准、规范。如国家、政府、工程所在地、建设管理部门、相关行业等政策、法规、规范、标准、规定存在不一致时， 以较严格者为准。特殊要求：符合越南国家、行业及工程所在地标准、规范。 7. Project quality requirements: The national, industrial and local standards and specifications of Vietnam shall prevail. In case of no clear standards and specifications, the national, industrial and local standards and specifications of China shall prevail. In case of any inconsistency in policies, regulations, specifications, standards and regulations of the state, government, project location, construction management department and relevant industries, the more stringent one shall prevail. The insurance deposit of this bidding shall be paid according to (1); （1）本次招标不收取投标保证金，但中标单位必须按中标单价及招标承诺完成本招标工程。如乙方违约。则按投标金额5%进行罚款，同时赔偿甲方工程实际损失。有下列情况之一者，将视为违约： 1、投标人在投标有效期中撤回其投标； 2、投标人以他人的名义投标或出现围标、串标、弄虚作假投标嫌疑的； 3、中标人未按规定时间与招标人签订合同的； 4、中标人以任何理由推诿拒绝签订项目施工合同的 (1) No bid bond will be charged for this bidding, but the bid winner must complete the bidding project according to the bid winning unit price and bidding commitment.
