Information for Cooperation

Dear Sir/ Madam,

HU is operating schedule passenger flight YVR-SZX. If you are interested in cooperating with us and would like to be our CSA in Vancouver, please kindly see the information you may need as below, and also please provide your relevant documents to us.

Flight Information

A. Flight plan

One flight per week.

B. Estimated Available Payload: 7 tons.

The actual available payload shall be based on the actual flight.

Required Information and Documents

A. Company profile, including but not limited to:

Please make sure to provide the following information as detailed as possible, which is an important basis for our evaluation and selection. Meanwhile, based on the principle of honest cooperation, please ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the information and documents provided.

B. IATA certificate, other GSA/CSA qualification applicable to the requirements of the country where you are located, DGR certificates of two staffs at least, Certificate of Job Training Related to Air Cargo Transport, and other relevant qualification certificates.

C. Copy of the company business license.

D. Fill in the CSA COMPANY INFORMATION (see attachment in email).

Quotation

Please offer Minimum Guarantee Revenue (MGR) per flight with net rate in CAD (rates published by HNA Cargo), and commission.

Note:

A. This minimum revenue guarantee is calculated by average revenue per flight based on a whole month, not based on every single running flight.

B. Whether the flight frequency is increased or decreased, the MGR remains unchanged.

C. The MGR includes both revenue from direct and transit cargo.

D. If there are new routes in the sales territory, the Minimum Guarantee Revenue will be negotiated separately and signed in the form of formal letter.

Restrictions

Commercial dangerous goods cannot be transported, including dry ice and lithium batteries.

As for temperature control goods, AVI, etc., there are some restrictions. If there are needs to be transported for such goods, CSA must communicate with us and obtain our confirmation in advance.

For fruit and sea goods, there are some requirements of the packaging. Please kindly pay attention to this.

Other types of goods can be transported if they comply with airline’s Cargo Transportation Manual. The manual will be made available after cooperation.

Transit

For SZX, we can transit to other destinations in China by truck and by flight.

To TSN/DLC/PEK/PVG/CSX by truck.

To PVG/PEK/CKG/KMG/XIY/HAK/TFU/HGH/TAO/HRB, etc. by flight.

It is necessary to consult and communicate with our booking personnel in advance if there are transfer shipments booking, once transfer is resuming.

Bidding Deadline and Contact Information

Please kindly provide the information and documents that mentioned above, and send to the email address of HNA Cargo before 8:00 am August 14, 2023 Beijing time.

You need to submit the proposal within the specified time limit. If it’s overdue, it will be regarded as an invalid proposal.
