三、提交投标文件截止时间、开标时间和地点

1.所有投标文件应于2023年10月18日下午14：30（**时间）之前递交到****开标室。（本项目采用邮寄的方式接收投标文件，请各位投标供应商于开标时间前邮寄至：中国**省**市**区太宁路2号百仕达大厦27B（以快递送达时间为准）如快递送到时间超过开标时间，将被拒收。）
