投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1)投标人具有有效的营业执照（境内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（境外投标人），需提供相应证明复印件；

2)投标人必须是制造商或代理商投标；若为代理商，需提供制造商出具的针对本项目的唯一授权函；

3)自2014年1月1日至2020年1月1日（以合同签订日期为准），投标人所提供的产品在中华人民共和国境内应至少具有两套乙烯装置中同类工况下运行两年以上的业绩。

Qualifications or Performance:1)The bidder has a valid business license (bidder from within the territory of P.R.C.)/operation license (bidder from outside the territory of P.R.C.), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;

2)The bidder must be a manufacturer or an equipment agent; if the bidder is an equipment agent, sole authorization letter for the bid from the manufacturer is required;

3)From January 1, 2014 to January 1, 2020 (based on the contract signing date), the product provided by the bidder shall have at least 2 perform（略）op（略） in ethylene unit for more than two year within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
