各潜在报价：
根据采购要求，现对 竞谈件 的内容作如下澄清/补遗/修正：
、谈判件附件《附件2、 J0364A0-MR-100320-004 衬管管件技术规定》中以下条款删除
。
12) The winning enterprise is required to consider the adhesion between the PTFE
pipe and the inner wall of the steel pipe, and shall be treated by sodium
naphthalene treatment technology; In order to ensure that the PTFE lined pipe
could withstand negative pressure, high temperature, no bulging, no deformation,
stable performance, durable characteristics, and meet the requirements of waste
acid water transportation.
要求中标企业考虑钢衬聚四氟烯管线与钢管内壁粘合性，****；
以保证钢衬聚四氟烯管线能耐负压、耐温、四氟内衬不起、不变形、性能稳
定、经久耐的特性，满废酸输送要求。
竞谈件其他内容不做调整。
若此澄清与竞谈件或之前发出的澄清不致，以此澄清为准。
