PT ENFI GEM ENGINEERING INDONESIA hereby is conducting an open bidding for the PERMIT ACQUISITION SERVICE FOR PT ENFI GEM ENGINEERING INDONESIA.

Tender content: PERMIT ACQUISITION SERVICE FOR PT ENFI GEM ENGINEERING INDONESIA

4. 服务时间：请提供最优的服务计划，但服务结束的时间不能晚于2024年12月31日。

Service Period: Please provide the optimal service plan, but the latest time for service completion cannot be later than December 31st, 2024.

5. 报名时间：2024年07月12日上午9：00（**时间）至2024年07月18日下午17：00（**时间）。****集团有限公司采购电子商务平台（https://ec.****.cn）以下称“电商平台”发布时间为准。

Registration time (Tender documents publish time)：12/07/2024 at 9: 00 am（Beijing Time) to 18/07/2024 at 17: 00 pm（Beijing Time）.The release time of purchasing e-commerce Platform (https://ec.****.cn) hereinafter referred to as "E-commerce Platform" of China Minmetals Group Co., LTD shall be as the criterion.

6. 报名地点：招标****集团的采购电子商务平台发布招标公告，符合资质的投标人于2024年7月18日17：00下午（**时间）之前，应通过向投标人的电子邮件地址（shiys@enfi.****.cn）发送邮件的方式表达其报名意向，招标人将通过电子邮件地址（shiys@enfi.****.cn）向符合投标人资格条件的投标人发送招标文件。

Registration Place: The Tenderee will publish bidding announcement through the procurement e-commerce platform of China Minmetals Corporation. Bidders meeting the basic qualifications of shall express their intention to attend by sending emails to the tenderer's email address (shiys@enfi.****.cn) by 18/07/2024 at 17: 00 pm（Beijing Time) , and the tenderer will send Bidding Documents to the bidders.

7. 招标文件发布地点：招标人将通过shiys@enfi.****.cn向潜在投标人发送招标文件。

Tender documents published place: The Tenderee will send the bidding documents to potential bidders via the email address (shiys@enfi.****.cn)

8. 投标人须在表明其报名意图时，向招标人邮箱发送如下文件原件的扫描件：

（1）营业执照或企业在注册国的登记证书；

（2）办理人的身份证或护照。

3.4 The bidder shall send the scanned copies of the following documents to the email address of the tenderer when expressing their intention to attend :

(1) The business license or the registration certificate of the enterprise in the country of registration;

(2) The applicant person's id card or passport.
