To Bidders：

1. Scope of service：

Φ All related service regarding to the Customs clearance；

Φ Ship information notice；Support for claim if happened;

Φ Land transportation to Project site in Riyadh。

2. Goods from：CAOFEIDIAN/TIANJIN, CHINA

3. Port of destination：DAMMAM PORT, KSA

4. Final destination：Sedra area, Riyadh

5. Transportation responsibility duration: from the arrival of the goods at Dammam Port until customs clearance is completed and delivery is made to the project site.

6. Quotation validity period: no earlier than 90 days after the quotation deadline.

7. Goods List：See attachments – Goods List 1 and List 2.

8. Requirements for the loading on trucks: full consideration of the safety, convenience and economy of Goods.

11. Payment terms：

After the goods are delivered to the designated location of the project, the bidder will send the cost confirmation form to the inquirer, and the inquirer shall confirm or raise an objection within 10 working days after receiving the cost confirmation form. After both parties confirm the cost, the bidder will issue the corresponding invoice to the inquirer, and the inquirer shall pay the full amount within 20 working days after receiving the invoice and necessary financial documents, such as the invoices of the actual payee fee by port, delivery notes of the trucks, etc.

The payment of any amount by the inquirer to the bidder is merely the fulfillment of the payment obligation by the inquirer and does not mean that the bidder is relieved of any obligation or liability under this contract, nor does it mean that the tenderer has waived its subsequent rights to the goods under the related payment items, nor does it mean that the bidder will no longer bear subsequent liability.
