Terms of supply:1.The unit price of the above materials is fixed unit price during the supply period and will not be adjusted under any circumstances.
2.The above quantities are tentative quantities and the final payment will be based on the actual quantities confirmed by both parties' signatures.
3.If the materials are judged to be of low quality or not in conformity with the requirements of the quotation documents at the acceptance site of CHEC, CHEC will refuse to accept the materials.
4.The quoted consolidated unit price inclusive of tax includes all the materials' ex-factory Unit price, processing fee, transportation fee, management fee, profit, tax and risk fee and all other costs incurred by the Supplier in fulfilling the materials in this quotation.
5.The Supplier shall be responsible for the safety and epidemiological protection of the goods in transit until the materials are received by CHEC.
6.If the Supplier fails to comply with CHEC's reasonable instructions and on-site HSE requirements, CHEC shall have the right to reserve the right to terminate this order.
7.If the delay in delivery exceeds 3 days, CHEC shall be entitled to reject the materials. delivery for more than 3 days, CHEC has the right to cancel the order.
8.Payment:Payment will be processed in accordance with the full invoice issued by the Supplier within 30 working days after the goods arrive at the construction site and are accepted.
9.Quotation format, material name, specification, unit of measurement, and quantity of the inquiry will remain unchanged, please communicate with us if you have any questions or suggestions.
