8、 本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:2. Not included in the list of persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking, parties to major tax violation cases, or records of serious violations of government procurement by Credit China (www.****.cn) or www.****.cn; 3. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization legally established in China (the project does not accept branch companies to participate in procurement activities in their own name); 4, with the construction of general contracting qualification level 3 and above; 5, with effective safety production license; 6, the project manager has the construction engineering grade II and above construction engineer qualification, and has an effective safety production assessment certificate; 7. This project is only for medium, small and micro suppliers; 8. Subcontracting is not allowed in this project.
