一、采购项目概况与范围：

为拓展欧洲市场、****联通品牌国际影响力，**** 中****公司将于2024年12月10日于罗马尼亚布加勒斯特****公司BPO中心挂牌仪式暨产品推介会。****联通的活动质量，提升公司品牌形象，现对会务执行服务进行公开招标，邀请符合条件的专****公司参与投标。

供应商需要提供以下服务：
活动方案及搭建：
活动方案设计：以科技、创新、现代、环保为设计主题，****联通品牌特色，需提供至少1套设计方案及修改服务；功能要求需要提供接待区、产品展示区、储藏室、洽谈区等
活动搭建：方案和报价需包含展台搭建所需的材料费用、搭建费用和第三方人工费用
设备租赁（包括多媒体设备、家具设备、AR设备、VR设备等）
网络布线：方案和报价需包含网络布线、无线网络、网络设备租赁等。
3.申请人可以欧元或英镑报价（含税价）。

二、供应商必须符合以下要求：
1、申请人必须持有并提供认可之商业登记或具有独立法人资格及经营范****公司）并提供合法有效的营业执照及税务登记证；
2、承诺非联合体投标，及承诺不做本项目外包/转包/分包；
3、没有处于被责令停业，投标资格被取消，财产被接管、冻结、破产状态；
4、****联通列入供应商黑名单；

Tender Announcement for the Launch Ceremony and Product Promotion Event of the Romania Branch BPO Center
I. Overview and Scope of the Procurement Project:
Requesting Units: China Unicom (Europe) Operations Co., Ltd. China Unicom Romania Branch
Project Description:
To expand its market in Europe and enhance the international influence of the China Unicom brand, China Unicom (Europe) Operations Co., Ltd., together with China Unicom Romania Branch, will hold the Romania Branch BPO Center Launch Ceremony and Product Promotion Event in Bucharest, Romania, on December 10, 2024. To ensure the quality of China Unicom‘s event and to enhance the company‘s brand image, an open tender is being held for event execution services. Qualified professional event design and setup companies are invited to participate in the bidding.
Suppliers are required to provide the following services:
Event Planning and Setup:
Event Plan Design: Design should be centered around themes of technology, innovation, modernity, and environmental sustainability, reflecting the characteristics of the China Unicom brand. At least one design proposal with modification services must be provided, including functional areas such as reception, product display, storage, and discussion zones.
Event Setup: The proposal and quote should cover costs for materials, setup, and third-party labor needed for booth construction.
Equipment Rental: Including multimedia equipment, furniture, AR and VR devices, etc.
Network Cabling: The plan and quote should include network cabling, wireless network, and network equipment rental.
Applicants may submit bids in EUR or GBP (tax-inclusive).
II. Bidder Requirements
1.The applicant must possess valid commercial registration or independent legal entity status with a valid business license and tax registration certificate.
2.A commitment that the bid is not submitted by a consortium, and the company will not subcontract or outsource the project.
3.The company must not be under orders to cease operations, have its bidding qualifications revoked, or be in a state of bankruptcy or asset freezing.
4.The company must not be blacklisted by China Unicom.
III. Application Process and Details
1.The application deadline is November 16, 2024, 17:30 (Beijing Time).
2.The bid submission and opening dates are tentatively set for Novembr 19 and 20, 2024, 17:30 (Beijing Time).
3.Interested bidders can submit their company qualifications, quotations, contract templates (including payment terms), and bidding proposals via email. These will be processed through China Unicom Europe‘s procurement center.
4.China Unicom may request additional information from suppliers on a case-by-case basis. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing any explanation.
