4、具有市政公用工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
5、拟派项目负责人：拟派项目经理需具备市政公用工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师资格，同时具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书。以上项目负责人以在******管理委员会网站上查询为准，在册且无在建项目记录（同一工程相邻分段发包或分期施工的除外，拟派项目经理在招标投标文件递交时不得调整，不得有在建项目。投标文件中需提交响应截止日前3个工作日内打印的注册建造师《投标项目负责人基本情况表》（通过**市建设市场信息服务平台https：//ciac.****.cn/查询、截图）。标书代写

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Valid business license and valid safety production permit; 4. Qualification of general contracting for municipal public works construction at level three or above; 5. Project manager: The proposed project manager must have a secondary level or above registered constructor qualification in the field of municipal public works, at the same time, have a valid safety production assessment certificate. The project manager must be registered on the website of the Shanghai Housing and Urban-Rural Development Management, and have no ongoing projects (excluding adjacent segments of the same project or phased construction). The project manager cannot be replaced during the bidding process and cannot have any projects. The bid documents must include the "Basic Information Table of Bid Project Manager" printed within 3 working days before the bid deadline (query and screenshot through Shanghai Construction Market Information Service Platform https://ciac.****.cn/).
