(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects, and possessing a valid safety production license; (4) The bidder's proposed project manager must have a registered construction engineer qualification at the second level (including higher levels) in the field of construction engineering, and possess a valid safety production assessment certificate; (5) This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises; (6) This project does not accept the formation of a consortium.
