Request for Proposal for China Unicom EAC submarine cable Qingdao extension

(EAC segment M KP89-BU5) repair service

1.Request

China Unicom Global Limited (“CUG”) herein invite Eligible Suppliers to submit proposals and quotes for China Unicom EAC submarine cable Qingdao extension (EAC segment M KP89-BU5) repair service.

2.Eligible Suppliers

(1)All suppliers are eligible to submit proposals and quotes for the RFP. CUG reserve the right to request for prequalification.

Tenderer must be an independent legal entity or other organization registered and legally established in any country or region in the world, Tenderer must provide the copy of registration document.

(2)Tenderer has experience of repeatered submarine cable repair in recent five years from 1st Dec 2019 to 30th November 2024. Tenderer must provide relevant supporting documents.

(3)Tenderer has the ability and responsibility to independently obtain all related permit from different regulatory authorities in covered system at present.

(4)Tenderer can provide valid invoices in accordance with the China Unicom financial department.

(5)Tenderer must promise there is no related record/behavior in past 3 years. ①win the bid by deception. ②serious breach the contract. ③have critical quality issue or safety problem in other projects.

(6)Tenderer needs to have good bank credit, business reputation and strong comprehensive strength, and can meet the requirements of purchaser. Tenderer is not under the status of being ordered to suspend business, being taken over of property, frozen or bankrupt.

(7)Tenderer is not in China Unicom supplier blacklist now.

(8)Different entities or organizations which have same controller or have holding and management relations, can't participate in the same tender package.

5. Objection

You are much appreciated to submit your proposals.and the best offer in accordance with the provisions in the RFP, by January 15th (10:00 GMT+8), 2025 Proposal submitted after the deadline for bids will not be accepted.

If you have any objections, please mail to CUG Discipline inspection Audit Department’s mailbox ****@chinaunicom.cn during the announcement period.

Final result will be reserved by CUG for further action without given any notice.
