Overseas company administrative Services for OOGC

(2025-2027)

Provide general administrative services for OOGC(incorporated in Bermuda).

Main Scope of Work:

1. Company secretarial services to ensure the Company remains in good standing under the laws of Bermuda. In particular,

a) provide services such as annual filing, issuance of shareholders’/board resolutions, filing of financial statements, and economic substance declarations.

b) provide services related to amendments of articles of association, archiving company correspondence, preparing special powers of attorney, and delivering supporting documents, to ensure the Company meets compliance requirements.

2. Registered Office Services. Including but not limited to offer a registered office at the place of incorporation.

1. Legal Qualifications: The service provider shall hold a valid and lawful business license (e.g., business license, tax registration, and organizational code certificate; or a unified business license). For providers registered overseas, a valid company registration certificate in the country or region of incorporation must be provided.

2. Performance Requirements: Between January 1, 2020, and January 1, 2025, the service provider must have undertaken at least one contract to provide secretarial services to a company or branch in Bermuda. Supporting documentation for such performance must indicate the contract signing date, project name, and the technical requirements for secretarial services provided to a foreign-incorporated company or branch. Failure to submit such documentation, or to adequately reflect the contract signing date, project name, or the technical requirements provided, will result in the performance record being deemed invalid.
