(3)具有工程勘察专业资质：岩土工程专业（岩土工程物探测试检测监测）乙级及以上；
(4)具有承接本项目的人员、设备及其他条件；
(5)具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；
(6)有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；
(7)供应商在近三年内无违法犯罪记录；
(8)未被列入“信用中国”网站(www.****.cn)失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件****政府采购网(www.****.cn)政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单的供应商；
(9)法人依法设立的分支机构以自己的名义参与磋商时，应提供依法登记的相关证明材料和由法人出具的授权其分支机构在****政府采购活动并承担全部民事责任的书面声明。法人与其分支机构不得同时参与同一项目的采购活动；
(10)本项目专门面向中小型企业采购；

Other qualification requirements: (1) This procurement requires online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) Having a valid business license or relevant documents; (3) Having professional qualifications in engineering survey: Grade B or above in geotechnical engineering (geotechnical engineering geophysical testing, detection and monitoring); (4) Having the personnel, equipment, and other conditions to undertake this project; (5) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; (6) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; (7) The supplier has no criminal record in the past three years; etc
