(6)拟派项目负责人具有市政公用工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
(7)业绩要求：无；
(8)其他要求：无。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); (4) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (5) Having a valid safety production license; (6) The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in municipal public works, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: None.
