(6)供应商在近三年内无违法犯罪记录；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) And have a valid business license or relevant documents; (3) Having the personnel, equipment, and other conditions to undertake this project; (4) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; (5) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; (6) The supplier has no criminal record in the past three years;
