3. 投标人资格要求

3.1 投标人应具备的资格或业绩：投标人或其代理的制造商近5年（2020年1月1日起，以合同签订时间为准）具有类似供货业绩（类似供货业绩：单项合同金额不低于400万元人民币的铝合金MIG焊机供货业绩）至少1项。（业绩均须附合同必要部分的复印件，包括项目名称、合同单位、签**期、主要内容等，如合同无法体现业绩要求的，需提供技术协议等证明材料；如未提供业绩证明材料，评标委员会有权拒绝认可该业绩，并有可能导致投标被否决）。

3.2 是否接受联合体投标：否。

3.3 投标人应为招标设备的制造商或代理商，代理商投标的，应提供制造商针对本项目的唯一授权，同一制造商对同一品牌只能委托一家投标人参与投标（作为集成产品中的一部分除外）。

3.4 本次招标接受代理商投标。

4. 招标文件的领购

Zhongzhao Industrial Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was commissioned by Jiangnan Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd. to conduct an international open competitive bidding for the following products and services, and issued a bidding announcement on March 11, 2025. This bidding adopts offline bidding method, and qualified bidders are now invited to participate in the bidding.

1. Bidding conditions

1.1 Project Overview: Procurement of 54 MIG welding machines for welding large aluminum alloy low-temperature liquid tank structures.

3. Qualification requirements for bidders

3.1 Qualifications or achievements that bidders should possess: Bidders or their agents' manufacturers should have at least one similar supply performance (similar supply performance: aluminum alloy MIG welding machine supply performance with a single contract amount of not less than 4 million RMB) in the past 5 years (from January 1, 2020, based on the contract signing time). (All performance must be accompanied by copies of necessary parts of the contract, including project name, contract unit, signing date, main content, etc. If the contract cannot reflect performance requirements, technical agreements and other supporting materials must be provided. If performance supporting materials are not provided, the evaluation committee has the right to refuse to recognize the performance and may result in the rejection of the bid.).

3.2 Whether to accept consortium bidding: No.

3.3 The bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of the bidding equipment. If the agent bids, they shall provide the manufacturer's unique authorization for this project. The same manufacturer can only entrust one bidder to participate in the bidding for the same brand (except as part of an integrated product).

4. Procurement of bidding documents
