（4）项目负责人具有**市园林绿化工程从业人员项目负责人电子卡。
（5）根据《****政府采购供应商登记及诚信管理办法》已登记入库的供应商；
（6）本项目专门面向中小企业采购。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) The bidder holds a valid business license; (4) Requirements for personnel to be dispatched by the construction site project management organization: a minimum of 5 people (including), and including 1 project leader in the field of landscaping (intermediate professional title), 1 safety officer, 1 quality officer, 1 material officer, and 1 intermediate level landscaping green chemical worker (team leader); (5) The project leader has an electronic card for the project leader of Shanghai Landscape and Greening Engineering practitioners.
