2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《****政府采购法》第二十二条规定;

(c)本项目的特定资格要求:(3)施工现场项目管理机构拟派人员要求:最低应为5人(含)以上,且需包含园林专业项目负责人(本专业中级职称)1人,安全员1人,质量员1人,材料员1人,中级园林绿化工1人(班组负责人);
(4)项目负责人具有**市园林绿化工程从业人员项目负责人电子卡。
(5)根据《****政府采购供应商登记及诚信管理办法》已登记入库的供应商;
(6)本项目专门面向中小企业采购。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) The bidder holds a valid business license; (4) Requirements for personnel to be dispatched by the construction site project management organization: a minimum of 5 people (including), and including 1 project leader in the field of landscaping (intermediate professional title), 1 safety officer, 1 quality officer, 1 material officer, and 1 intermediate level landscaping green chemical worker (team leader); (5) The project leader has an electronic card for the project leader of Shanghai Landscape and Greening Engineering practitioners. (6) Suppliers who have been registered and put into storage according to the Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Supplier Registration and Integrity Management Measures; (7) This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises.
