(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Have a construction general contracting qualification of Grade III or above for municipal public utilities, and have a valid safety production license;
4. bidder's proposed project manager must have a professional second-level (or above) registered constructor qualification for municipal public utilities, have a valid safety production assessment, and the person in charge of this project is subject to the query on the website of Shanghai Building and Building Materials Industry.
5. This project is only open procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises (including medium-sized, small, and micro enterprises).
6. This project does not accept consortium bidding
