中国****公司****办事处（以下简称：中国**）为安哥拉卡宾达卡约新**项目的承包商，由中交一航局负责施工，用于该项目的物资采购已具备询比价条件，根据公司采购管理规定，决定对所需服务进行公开询价，采购组织方为：中交一航局安哥拉卡约新**项目经理部。
China Road and Bridge Corporation Angola Office (hereinafter referred to as CRBC) is the contractor for the Angola Cabinda Cayenne New Port Project, with construction undertaken by CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. The procurement of materials for the project has met the conditions for price inquiry. According to the company's procurement management regulations, it has been decided to conduct an open inquiry for the required services. The procurement organizer is: CCCC First Harbor Engineering Angola Cayenne New Port Project Department.
二、询价内容

内容：橡胶垫圈、链环密封件、灌浆料、PP管采购共计1批，详见附件1报价表；
Content: Procurement of rubber gaskets, link seals, grouting materials, and PP pipes in one batch. For details, please refer to Attachment 1: Quotation Form.
（二）送货地点：刚果布黑角港；
(II) Delivery Location: Pointe-Noire Port, Congo;
（三）交付周期：签订合同后45天。
(III) Delivery Time: 45 days after the signing of contract.

（一）营业范围要求

本次询价要求报价单位须具备：
This quotation requires the bidding unit to meet the following conditions:
按照当地法律注册的具备法人资格，能独****公司；
A company registered under local laws with legal personality, capable of independently bearing civil liabilities;
具有良好的商业信誉和财务会计制度；
Good commercial reputation and financial accounting system;
无税务、法律纠纷；
No tax or legal disputes;
****集团供应链管理信息系统（http://ec.****.cn）注册通过的合格供应商。
A qualified vendor registered in the CCCC Group Supply Chain Management System (http://ec.****.cn).
（二）不得参加询价的情况
