1、本项目分为10个包件：包件1三林镇**村1个项目方案编制；包件2为新场镇**村点位1等5个项目方案编制；包件3为祝桥镇机场北四期等2个项目方案编制；包件4为惠南镇南工区等4个项目方案编制；包件5****社区等2个项目方案编制；包件6为合庆镇0702单元等2个项目方案编制；包件7为合庆镇0602单元等3个项目方案编制；包件8为合庆镇集镇单元等3个项目方案编制；包件9为高东镇杨园等2个项目方案编制；包件10为祝桥镇机场北三期1个项目方案编制。参与服务商最多可10个包件同时报名参与，本项目10个包件可兼中。
2、其他补充事项：（1）投标人应在投标截止时间前尽早加密上传投标文件，电话通知 招标人进行签收，并及时查看招标人在电子采购平台上的签收情况，以免因临近投标截止时间上传造成招标人无法在开标前完成签收的情形。未签 收的投标文件视为投标未完成。（2****政府采购电子招标，****政府采购网上最新招投标流程供应商操作手册并按相关规定操作，如因技术 操作原因造成无法正常开标、评标的，后果由投标人自行承担，招标人对此不承担任何责任。标书代写
