2、须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织；
3、须具有卫生行政部门核发的《医疗机构执业许可证》；
4、本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in Credit China (www.****.cn) or www.****.cn in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for credit breaking, major tax law and credit breaking subjects, and serious illegal and credit breaking behaviors of government procurement; (2) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; 3, must have the "medical institution practice license" issued by the health administration department; 4. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
