项目管理服务主要内容：本项目的全过程实施策划、组织、协调、管理，并进行有效的目标控制，包括投资控制、进度和计划管理、质量管理、现场安全文明施工管理、发包与采购管理、合同管理、信息（档案）管理、财务管理等；负责统一组织、协调和管理项目各参建单位的活动，协调、处理与项目有关各方的利益冲突和各项具体工作；代理建设单位办理的交办相关手续，履行现场必须和必要的签字确认手续。

Renovation of freight checkpoint equipment in Waigaoqiao Bonded Area.
Upgrading and renovation of the monitoring systems in all inspection areas of Waigaoqiao Bonded Area and Waigaoqiao Port Comprehensive Bonded Area.
Upgrading and renovation of the tertiary - level command center.
Upgrading and renovation of the computer room and network.
Other relevant supporting projects. For details, please refer to "Chapter 4: Procurement Requirements".
Conduct full - process implementation planning, organization, coordination, and management for this project, and carry out effective target control, including investment control, progress and planning management, quality management, on - site safety and civilized construction management, tendering and procurement management, contract management, information (archive) management, financial management, etc.

2）具备工程咨询、工程监理和工程设计一项以上专业资质，或通过工程咨询单位资信评价标准的单位。
3）本项目采购预算为****800元，最高限价****800元；报价超过最高限价的响应文件按无效处理。
4）未被列入《信用中国网站》（www.****.cn）失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件当事人名单和“中国政府采购网”（www.****.cn）政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单。
