项目管理服务主要内容:本项目的全过程实施策划、组织、协调、管理,并进行有效的目标控制,包括投资控制、进度和计划管理、质量管理、现场安全文明施工管理、发包与采购管理、合同管理、信息(档案)管理、财务管理等;负责统一组织、协调和管理项目各参建单位的活动,协调、处理与项目有关各方的利益冲突和各项具体工作;代理建设单位办理的交办相关手续,履行现场必须和必要的签字确认手续。

Renovation of freight checkpoint equipment in Waigaoqiao Bonded Area.
Upgrading and renovation of the monitoring systems in all inspection areas of Waigaoqiao Bonded Area and Waigaoqiao Port Comprehensive Bonded Area.
Upgrading and renovation of the tertiary - level command center.
Upgrading and renovation of the computer room and network.
Other relevant supporting projects. For details, please refer to "Chapter 4: Procurement Requirements".
