Bid Evaluation Results Announcement

Our company, China Harbor Engineering Company, conducted a bidding process for Precast Construction of Concrete Block Mattress. The bidding process began on March 21, 2025, with the tender documents being issued. A total of four suppliers purchased the tender documents. The deadline for bid submission was March 31, 2025, and three suppliers participated in the bidding process. The public bid opening was conducted on March 31, 2025, using the Supply Chain Management System of CCCC (http://ec.****.cn).

According to the evaluation method and the determination of the winning candidates specified in the tender documents, the evaluation committee reviewed and recommended:

Tax rate: 12%

Second Winning Candidate: FENGYANG BUIDERS INC

Untaxed total bid amount: 130,750,760.00 pesos

Tax rate: 12% (as per the bidding documents)

Third Winning Candidate: INVICTUS MANPOWER SERVICES INC.

Untaxed total bid amount: 131,013,840.00 pesos

Tax rate: 12%
