（3）本项目仅面向小微企业采购。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Must have a "Medical Institution Practice License" issued by the health administrative department; (2) Suppliers who comply with Article 17 of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [2024] No. 12) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project. (3) This project is only for procurement by small and micro enterprises.
