（4）须具有省级及以****管理委员会颁发的《房屋质量检测证书》；
（5）须具备自然**主管部门依法颁发的《测绘资质证书》，资质等级须为乙级及其以上；
（6）须具有社会消防技术服务信息系统和**市消防技术服务管理系统的备案注册；
（7）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织；
（8）本项目不允许转包。
