(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3) Possess a Grade III or higher General Contracting Qualification for Construction Engineering. 4) Hold a Safety Production License issued by the construction department. 5) The proposed personnel for the project management organization at the construction site must meet the requirements for construction engineering projects in Shanghai. 6) The proposed project manager should have a Grade II or higher Registered Constructor qualification in Construction Engineering.
