请按招标公告要求提交资格审查外，还需提供我司用户要求新增的资格审查资料（请按照如下要求提供中英文对照版资料）

ZPMC is required to proceed with preselection and prequalification based on an approval package that includes at least the documents listed below:

Company Profile, including years of experience and organizational structure

List of fabrication equipment and machinery

List of key personnel with CVs (fabrication, welding, QA/QC)

ISO Certifications

Welding Certifications: WPS, PQR, WQR

QA/QC Manual and procedures

Standard Inspection Test Plan (ITP)

Details of NDT capabilities and methods

Material traceability procedures

List of similar completed projects and client references

Production capacity (annual tonnage)

Photos videos of the shop.

ZPMC must submit the approval packages of the selected/prequalified manufacturers and Prequalification in accordance with the requirements of the contractual scope.
Following the validation of the approval package, a decision will be made regarding the need for a Site/Factory visit.
