报价说明Request for Quotation：

1、交付地点Delivery location：J.W. Diokno Blvd, Pasay, Metro Manila(ENTRANCE IN FRONT OF SENATE OF THE PHILIPPINES)；

2、交货方式：报价单位负责将货物运至指定目的地并承担交货前所涉费用和风险，不限运费、保险等；Delivery method: The quoted unit is responsible for transporting the goods to the designated destination and bearing all the costs and risks involved before delivery, regardless of freight charges, insurance premiums, etc.

3、税务说明：增值税、预扣税等税费一律由报价单位承担，已包含在含税价格内；其中预扣税为不含税价格的5%，由询价单位代扣代缴；Taxation Explanation: All taxes such as value-added tax and withholding tax shall be borne by the quotation unit and are included in the price including tax; among them, the withholding tax is 5% of the tax-exclusive price and shall be withheld and paid by the inquiry unit on behalf of the quotation unit.

4、报价单位需附上设备性能说明书（含规格型号、技术参数、货物图片等）；The quotation company shall attach the equipment performance specification (including specifications, models, technical parameters, pictures of goods, etc.);

5、付款方式：银行转账方式支付；Payment method: Bank transfer;

6、货物品质要求：满足国家现行相关规范及法律法规要求。Goods quality requirements should meet the current relevant national standards and laws and regulations.
