(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、具有独立承担民事责任的能力及相应的履约能力；
2、本项目不专门面向中小企业采购；
3、须具有卫生行政部门核发的《医疗机构执业许可证》；
4、单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参****政府采购活动；为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加该采购项目的其他采购活动；
5、本次招标不接受联合体投标，不允许合同转让与分包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: Have the ability to independently assume civil liability and the corresponding ability to perform the contract; 2. This project is not specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises; 3. It must have a "Medical Institution Practice License" issued by the health administrative department; 4. The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision, testing and other services for the procurement project shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project; 5. This invite tenders does not accept consortium bidding, and does not allow contract transfer and subcontracting.
