总校校区(地址：鹤驰路271号) 1、食体楼1楼点心室墙面新做装饰板，地砖局部维修，顶面新做铝扣板吊顶，木门更换，照明线路、电线更换等； 2、教学楼、行政楼所有教室新排空调管线、桥架、空调插座； 3、教学楼走道、楼梯间墙面砖局部拆除新铺，墙面涂料重刷； 4、室外：校牌改造，**气象台，防腐木花池、连廊修补刷木油； 5、零星项目：灯具局部改造，教室地砖局部更换及其他零星维修。 分校校区(地址：航春路375号) 操场重新做隔墙，屋面瓦片局部维修更换及其他零星维修。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
