万达部地址：**市**区周康路23弄11号 1.校门外报栏下地坪硬化处理；2.教学楼大厅地砖翻铺地板砖与走道协调；3.教工餐厅固定窗改移窗、出餐口移窗改开窗，食堂仓库安装隔断，操作间、食堂通风安装吸顶式风扇；4.教研室与走道增加隔墙安装木门；5.二楼趣味民艺坊、科学风暴站安装消毒灯；6.二楼平台屋顶运餐电梯口增设门槛；7.三楼过道地板翻铺；8.三楼办公室布局调整改造；9.三楼多功能厅平顶照明灯拆装更换；10.三楼平台屋面排水沟清理，落水口疏通，伸缩缝铺卷材，绿植屋面开排水沟，墙贴防水胶带；西南角围墙边场地整理硬化，制作安装鸭棚；11.门口雨蓬漏水修理。12.教室及过道木门边起壳刷水性漆。以及其它零星修理。 韵涛部地址：**市**区韵涛路130号 1.门厅平顶涂料出新，照明灯，东侧敞开门洞上安中空玻璃固定窗，下安装百页推拉门；地坪**石凿除，新铺科技木板地坪，石英石水池石英石封挡；2.嬉水池旁污水井增改窨井盖；3.操场西花坛增设通道；4.教学楼西侧增设可开启式大门，教学楼东侧增围栏；5.教学楼西侧电缆井加固；6.食堂隔油池盖板修理，隔油池清理疏通；7.教学楼后空调外机新做护栏；8.教学楼中空处及东增设水源安装洗手池，新做防腐木板地坪；9.二三楼餐点准备室及教师仓库(2)增装吸顶式风扇；10.二楼教室更换照明灯具；11.三楼中（3）班、大（4）班卫生间更换防臭地漏；12.三楼接待室改造；13.有12间午睡房增设磁吸纱门；14.绿植屋面台阶铺科技木地板；15.楼梯间走道原画栏更换，墙面涂料修补。以及其它零星修理。

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

回避情形

Avoidance Situations

（一）参与同一项目采购的不同中介服务机构法定代表人或实际控制人为同一人的；
