1.2 Preparing and submitting to the IRD of the supplementary forms S1 and / or S2 of the 2024/25 profits
tax return, if necessary.
1.3 Checking and advising on the notices of assessment / statements of loss / exemption notices issued by
the IRD subsequent to the submission of the aforesaid profits tax returns.
1.4 Entity includes: (detail please refer to 采购文件).
2. Requirements:
2.1 The should cover these companies.
2.2 The including but not limited to fixed assets additions and disposals and related parties
transactions and so on.
2.3 Qualification examination: Provide business registration certificate, provide 阳光宣言（盖章版）
2.4 Stamped quotation is required.
