Subject: Bid Invitation for the rental of equipment to be used for the following purposes:Transfer of land equipment at Mubarak AI Kabeer Port.

The CCCC SOUTHERN CHINA SURVEYING MAPPING TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD hereby invites all prospective sub-contractor duly registered to submit a quotation for Excavator, Boom Truck, Crane, Labor for The Mubarak AI Kabeer Port project (MKP) in Kuwait.

1. Requirements.

2. Potential subcontractors should submit their best quotations for the project described in this document.

3. All quotations can be submitted via email or manually before or 2025-06-12.

4. Quotations should include all costs and applicable taxes (such as WHT and VAT), valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of submission.

5. Any interlineations, erasures, or stamps must be signed by the signer or their officially authorized representative to be valid.

6. Quotations that do not support the information required by this request for quotation or that obviously do not meet the requirements of the request for quotation will not be considered.

7. CCCC SOUTHERN CHINA SURVEYING MAPPING TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD (CHEC) reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, cancel the RFQ process prior to awarding the contract, or not award the contract without incurring any liability to affected subcontractors/bidders.
