(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Support for SMEs policy: This project is specifically aimed at the procurement of small and medium-sized enterprises (including medium-sized, small, micro enterprises, hereinafter referred to as SMEs), and during the evaluation, products from small and micro enterprises do not enjoy a 10% price discount. 3.3须具有卫生行政部门核发的《医疗机构执业许可证》；
3.4本项目不接受联合体形式响应；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 Must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China (this project does not branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); 3.2 Not be listed on the list of dishonest persons in the "Credit China Website" (www.****.cn), the list of major tax violations and the list of serious dishonest acts in government procurement on the "China Government Procurement Network" (www.****.cn). 3.3 Must have the "Medical Institution Practice License" issued by the health administrative department; 3.4 This project does not responses in the form of consortia.
