(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This project is specifically for the procurement of small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation, the products of small and medium-sized enterprises do not implement price discount, and welfare units for the disabled are regarded as small and micro enterprises.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3）具有消防设施工程专业承包二级及其以上资质。

5）施工现场项目管理机构拟派人员满足**市建设工程施工配备要求。
6）拟派项目经理具备机电工程专业注册建造师二级及其以上资格。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3) Possess a Grade II or higher qualification for professional contracting of fire protection facilities projects. 4) Hold the "Work Safety Permit" issued by the construction department. 5) The personnel to be dispatched by the project management organization at the construction site shall meet the requirements for construction project staffing in Shanghai. 6) The proposed project manager shall possess a Grade II or higher qualification as a registered constructor in mechanical and electrical engineering.

(i)符合《****政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(ii)未被“信用中国”（www.****.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.****.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
