高东新路干湿垃圾分类收集点总面积1058.08平方米，场地内排水进出井虽有格栅池，但不符合**市地方标准指导技术性文件《**市排水检测井图集》相关标准和环保相关要求，加之收集点建筑屋顶漏水，屋内发霉，故拟实施高东新路干湿垃圾分类收集点改造工程。主要施工内容包括：包括拆除原铁大门、铲除墙面涂料、拆除原清洗池、粉刷天棚及外墙、**三级场地清洗池、新砌雨水井和铺设排水管等。 本次采购为该工程监理。

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
