华馨部 1、教学楼普教维修改造。 2、教学楼一至三层走道、楼梯间、活动室：墙顶面乳胶漆维修、更换损坏门窗玻璃、所有门套油漆出新。 3、教学楼一层1间托班改造：布局调整、墙顶面乳胶漆出新、地面更换实木多层地板。 卫生间维修。 4、室外：新做玩泥池、新做小动物之家、新做储物休闲区、防腐木维修刷新、东休息平台改造、其它零星维修。 临园部 1、教学楼普教维修改造。教学楼一至三层走道、楼梯间、活动室：墙顶面乳胶漆维修。 2、 教学楼一层1间托班改造：墙顶面乳胶漆出新、更防软包护墙板、地面更换实木多层地板、新做储物柜。 3、2号楼外墙维修。 4、室外：种植区改造、防腐木维修刷新。其它零星维修。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
