1. 校门口停车位及围墙改建（凿除地坪拆除围墙垃圾外运，**围墙，外墙涂料新做，围墙栏杆修复）； 2. 校门右侧花坛改造成毛石地铺及路面沥青修补； 3. 门卫室窗扩**做断桥铝窗2.35*2.35； 4. 校铁艺大门更换（3*2.5+9.2*2.5+3*2.5），拆除原有墙体6*5m2，新做2个电机，整体校门头外墙涂料出新，校门字更新； 5. 校门车库入口处路面翻新铺设彩色沥青； 6. 水景池及瀑布墙改造（1、凿除原有平台，2、新做瀑布实体墙及铺贴文化石，3、**混凝土水池及防水，水池铺贴黑****石，4、无障碍通道改造；5、循环水系统一套）； 7. 升旗台改造2.6*3.05。

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
