总校（关岳路 301 号） 1、一楼报告厅原木地板拆除，新做 PVC 地板。 2、教学楼一楼朝东入口处（3 处）增设铝合**光板雨棚。 3、教学楼二--****办公室（10 间）整体维修。 4、教学楼三--六层办公室（4 间）整体维修。 5、****办公室扩建。 6、教学楼卫生间小便槽下水口改装，小便槽下水管更换。 7、食堂明沟盖板修理，蒸饭间吊顶更换，局部涂料出新，食堂新增铝合金 门窗，打菜台面**石更换。 8、学生餐厅墙面新做 1.5 米高墙砖墙裙，教工餐厅涂料损坏处修补。 9、花房原瓦屋面整体更换。 10、陶艺室边上新增彩钢板车棚，地面铺设道板砖，围墙增设防腐木。 11、陶艺室局部改造，隔墙拆除、部分吊顶更换。 12、操场局部路面增加道板砖路面，操场靠食堂处增设阳光板雨棚。 13、体育馆屋面漏水修理。 14、行政楼、教学楼窗户漏水修理。 15、门卫室整体改造，门头铝板漏水修理。 瑞和路校区（瑞和路 831 号） 1、教室新装空调电源线路及插座。 2、实验楼二楼新做画室展示室，增设挂画轨道、灯光改造，墙面修补等。 3、教学楼走道、楼梯局部脱落墙砖修补，局部墙面涂料修补。 4、实验楼三楼计算机教室改录播室。 5、垃圾房处新装不锈钢门。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
