羽山校区维修内容(地址:羽山路1890号) 1、康训楼水疗室整体改造; 2、****档案室整体改造; 3、康训楼K202、K203专用室整体改造; 4、康训楼1楼走道改造; 5、教学楼J318微格教室墙面吸音板; 6、教学楼2楼党群办吊顶更新: 7、教学楼大厅、食堂、体育馆灯具更换: 8、体育馆地板更换; 9、体育馆屋面渗水维修; 10、教学楼会议室更换筒灯及涂料出新; 11、食堂新做不锈钢货架、水斗、托盘等; 12、教学楼4楼阳光房天棚帘维修更换; 13、其它零星维修工程。 德平校区维修内容(地址:德平路764弄32、33号) 1、室外操场电路改造; 2、室外操场新排给水管及水龙头; 3、楼顶新做不锈钢推拉门; 4、其它零星维修工程。 浦东大道校区维修内容(地址:浦东大道1851弄38号) 1、电动移门更换; 2、屋面夹芯板更换: 3、屋面阳光板更换; 4、其它零星维修工程。

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

回避情形

（一）参与同一项目采购的不同中介服务机构法定代表人或实际控制人为同一人的；
