教学楼：（1）保健室改造。（2）门厅朝东侧外墙拆除装饰栏杆，空调水管改造，门头上外墙修补出新。（3）东楼梯屋顶漏水修理。（4）走道及楼梯涂料局部修补；（4）食堂、二楼操作间、二楼茶水间更换门槛石，原门套更换铝合**套。食堂仓库教工与学生区分开设置，新立铝合金隔断，安装铝合**。（5）底楼南北过道及东教室安装中空断桥铝合**开门，新做雨蓬，防腐木坡道。（6）、楼梯间增加照明灯，线路改造。（7）、食堂后教工厕所改造。 室外：嬉水池邦修补**石，排水管清理疏通，原有水泵更换，三处防腐木整理。围墙边杂乱线路整理。 以及其它零星修理项目

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
