Project Content

一、南桥路477号(南桥部） 1）、 美工室室外南走道维修：墙面装饰拆除，清理干净，刷外墙涂料，顶面原棚拆除，新做不锈钢架耐力板雨棚（含侧面）；走道新封铝合**窗。 2）、 南大楼楼梯屋顶捉漏新做防水，屋顶避雷带有损坏需整修，室内墙面顶面刷涂料，楼梯、园厅铝合金窗维修，室内窗户下墙面护墙板维修、贴脚线；二层教室地板维修，铺实木复合地板。 3）、 室外围墙加固：原围墙拆除，新砌围墙粉墙，新做墙面装饰，墙体加固。 4）、 教学楼屋面原防水层拆除，重新找坡，屋面捉漏新做防水、新布雨水管，窗台捉漏，维修重新打结构膏。 5）、 室外防腐木维修：花台防腐木整修保养、油漆，防腐木装饰架整修、油漆，操场木制玩具等整修、打磨油漆；地面走道整修新做路沿测石，校园周围围墙树倒后压坏有裂痕，倾斜的现象，需全部整修，器具室旁围墙上的不锈钢挡板被树压坏需整修。 6）、 其他零星项目： 1、操场上4把遮阳伞损坏需更换，种植园地防腐木被风吹倒需整修，保养油漆；2、教室、卧室走道等墙面涂料维修，墙面批嵌、修粉刷乳胶漆一底二面。 二、华夏一路328弄（华夏部） 1）、 教室改建为适合托班的需求，卫生间小便斗下移、水管延接，幼儿淋浴房增加安全设施。 2）、 美工室新增洗手池，从隔别卫生间接入进水管，新做钢架石英**面洗手池，地面原地板拆除，铺地砖，墙面贴墙砖，下水管接出室外。 3）、 底楼小班南面五扇不锈钢门损坏维修。 4）、 门口景观池维修，新增防腐木围栏，防腐木小门；新布景观池水管，门前洗手池维修，石英**面破损换新；顶面雨棚玻璃全部更换。 5）、 门卫室、值班室新铺实木复合地板，实木踢脚线安装；墙面、顶面批嵌、修粉刷乳胶漆一底二面，门卫室电线整理，开槽布线，墙体修复，空调插座移位；新做壁柜。 6）、 操场木制品等维修保养，操场木制玩具等整修、打磨油漆，二层后阳台防腐木打磨油漆。 7）、 其他零星项目： 1、操场上6把遮阳伞损坏需更换，操场上器具架子损坏2个需更换； 2、教室、卧室走道等墙面涂料维修，墙面批嵌、修粉刷乳胶漆一底二面。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

回避情形

（一）参与同一项目采购的不同中介服务机构法定代表人或实际控制人为同一人的；
