(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: Possessing a Class III or above general contracting qualification for communication engineering issued by the Ministry of Construction, and the project leader holding a first-class registered constructor qualification for communication and broadcasting engineering. This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement.
