为了保证吉速物流****年海外本地化物流业务采购项目正常运行，满足本地化物流需求，为海外客户提供优质物流服务，欢迎具备此项目成熟业务经验的供应商参与。
To ensure the smooth operation of Jisu Logistics' **** overseas localized logistics business procurement project, meet localized logistics demands, and provide high-quality logistics services to overseas customers, suppliers with mature experience in this field are welcome to participate.
2.2招标范围：
2.2 Tender Scope:
包括但不限于海外本地的整车清关、仓储、运输；KD集装箱清关、仓储、运输等；KD工厂制造的整车仓储和运输等。
标段划分及项目内容：本项目按区域划分标段，项目启动后进行邀请参与该项目的招标事宜，具体参与的标段以交流后的结果为准，中****公司签订相关业务合同。
Includes but is not limited to overseas local services such as whole vehicles customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation; KD container customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation; as well as warehousing and transportation for whole vehicles manufactured in KD factories.
海外目的地包含：南非、乌兹别克斯坦、英国
Overseas destinations include: South Africa, Uzbekistan, United Kingdom
标段1：南非
Section 1: South Africa
标段2：乌兹别克斯坦
Section 2: Uzbekistan
标段3：英国
Section 3: United Kingdom
2.3合同期限：
2.3 Contract Duration:
2025年7月1日-2026年12月31日（以实际项目为准）
July 1, 2025 – December 31, 2026 (subject to actual project timeline)
3.投标人资格要求
3. Bidder Qualification Requirements
3.1 报名对应标段的投标人须在当地有注册的主体，有独立法人资格和承担民事责任的能力，具有良好的商业信誉；
3.1 Bidders registering for a specific section must have a locally registered entity with independent legal personality and the capacity to bear civil liability, as well as a good commercial reputation.
3.2需具备当地物流经验和必要的基础设施、车辆等；
3.2 Bidders must possess local logistics experience and the necessary infrastructure, vehicles, etc.
3.3投标人应具备与当地汽车生产厂家的**经验；
3.3 Bidders must have experience collaborating with local automotive manufacturers.
3.4项目不接受联合体投标。
3.4 This project does not accept consortium bids.
4.投标报名
4. Bid Registration
4.1 凡有意参加报名的投标人，请到电子招标采购平台（https://glzb.****.com)注册并在长期项目模块报名，准备好报名资料(扫描件)，未按照以上方式报名的，视作无效报名;
4.1 Interested bidders must register on the electronic procurement platform (https://glzb.****.com) and sign up under the long-term project module. Prepare registration materials (scanned copies) in advance. Registration not completed through the above method will be deemed invalid.
4.2 招标人收到报名信息后，在具体各类项目启动后，会主动与已报名的单位联
系，邀请符合要求的潜在投标人参与具体招标项目；
4.2 After receiving registration information, the tendering party will proactively contact registered bidders who meet the requirements to invite them to participate in specific tender projects once they are launched.
4.3报名资料
4.3 Registration Materials
报名资料于报名截止****集团招标采购平台，报名资料包含以下但不限于以下内容：
Registration materials must be uploaded to the Geely Group Procurement Platform before the registration deadline. The materials include but are not limited to the following:
1、当地的营业执照；
Local business license;
2、相关业绩证明材料；
Proof of relevant performance records;
3、公司简介的PPT等
Company introduction PPT, etc.
