****文化宫太阳能热水泵房无任何排水设施。在设备检修、管道冲洗或设备漏水时，发生多次泵房积水滞留情况。长期积水滞留会腐蚀泵房地面、设备基础和管道支架，缩短设备使用寿命，还可能引发电气设备短路、漏电等安全事故，影响泵房设备的正常运行和人员安全。为保障太阳能热水系统的稳定运行，拟在泵房内增设排水槽。该项目**工程费7万元，现需要设计泵房内增设排水槽，企业资质：综合资质：甲级。注册建筑师（一级）1人、注册结构工程师（一级）1人

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
